RGW Express

1. Apron Handling
Transfer from Aircraft to RGW Express Warehouse. Service is provided by local ramp handling agent upon special order from RGW.

2. Customs Clearance
Is handled by RGW Express broker department.
For this service Pre-Clearance info must be sent by E-mail prior to shipping to RGW Express.

Clearance procedure includes consignees cooperation. If consignee won't cooperate, then a 2 h Service is impossible.
RGW will pre-pay from its own account duty/taxes to speed up the clearance formalities.
Local duty and taxes plus the pre-payment fee must be paid at the time of delivery of goods.

3. Delivery in City
City delivery will be done by a special car and driver for the T D shipment only. Immediately after clearance. Proof of delivery available online via RGW Home Page.
Delivery other cities
Immediately and directly to consignee by special driver.

4. Status Information
As soon as a shipment is pre-alerted with all data, this shipment can be tracked via the RGW Home Page. Arrival, clearance and delivery info online via internet.

2h Time Frame Target

From the time the aircraft is "on blocks" until final delivery RGW Express has estimated a 2h time frame as a target. Usually the TD Express Handling service is performed on time.
However, there can be unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of RGW Express which make a 2h TD Express Handling service impossible.
If a 2h TD Express Handling service is requested, RGW Express does its very best to perform its duty.
The TD Express Handling charges must be paid in full in case that outside cirumstances beyond the control of RGW Express make a 2h service impossible.
